A little trick i like is to put 2 ramekins with liquid smoke flavoring in with the meat and roast it slowly. I used jerk seasoning in place of curry. Also, early on & in a separate pot, simmered tomatoes in italian seasoning, w/garlic & onions, to more deeply infuse those flavors; Also added little less than 1/2cup of heavy cream to get desired consistency.
